Stephen McDow joins the Extraordinary Teen Committee for 2023

Stephen R. McDow was chosen by Bethesda Magazine’s executive director Anne Tallent to serve on the committee to select the 2023 extraordinary teens. Ms. Tallent and Bethesda Magazine used very organized criteria for the selection and Stephen took weeks to read and study the young peoples submissions.
